The engineering team supervising the construction of the International Orthodox University of Al-Maghtas has completed the final plans for the university’s exterior and interior. We attach some photos of the plans.
It is worth noting that the International Orthodox University of Al-Maghtas was announced by His Majesty King Abdullah II during his meeting with representatives of the Christian denominations to congratulate them on the occasion of Christmas 2025.
He provided a royal grant to establish it at the holiest Christian site in the world – the Baptism Site of Jesus Christ/Al-Maghtas. This site is a source of spiritual inspiration and contemplation, enhancing its status and spiritual and academic mission, and making it a global intellectual platform that combines tradition and innovation.
